For the second year in a row, I got to shoot the annual get-together of the Ontario MR2 Club. It was a gathering hosted by a club of owners of Toyota MR2s but other cars also took part, including a Ferrari and a sleek Arial Atom racing car. The event is now in in its seventh year.

The Toyota MR2 is a two-seat, mid-engined rear wheel drive sports car produced by Toyota from 1984 until July 2007.

It has a large number of enthusiasts and the Ontario club is one of many such clubs. People come from across Ontario and from the United States come to this meet. This year's turnout was great and the weather held off for most of the day. The second day was held at Picton, Ontario. (See post below)

The second day of the event took place at the old military airport at Picton. The military still uses it for glider training and was ready to start a day's flying when the MR2 advance party showed up on Saturday morning. Someone forgot to tell them. They gracefully packed up and turned the field over to the car event.

Here are a few highlights.
